Records related to your therapy may require to be shared only to our panel doctors / psychiatrists , if medication is seen to be needed by the counsellor, with your consent. Counselling We Provide
It is as safe and secure and 100% confidential like your banking transactions. All consultations are secured by the same level of encryption that is used for online banking transactions. The entire communication process runs directly between your computer and the client's computer with no 3rd parties involved.
Any social media video platform is good enough for our counselling sessions. You have the choice to select from the different social media video calling facilities like zoom, Google meet, whats App video call, Skype video call with a good internet speed. What is essential is to place your device (laptop or tablet with bigger screen size) in such a way so the counsellor can observe you completely as if you are sitting across the table. Also essential is a quiet private space without any noise or physical interference with anyone.
While all precautions have been taken to make the platform secure and malware free, Internet platforms may not be 100% guaranteed by situations outside our control. However there will be no digital recording or release of any information of our clients to third parties from the side of Mente Mirror.
All sessions should be treated like an in-office session. No outside distractions: turn off cell phones and close other computer programs. NO third parties will be in or near the session at any time without the counselor’s knowledge.
Payment for the therapy
The ICO defines the lawful basis for processing your data for payment of therapy sessions as ‘contractual’. To administer your payment we collect your personal data to:
